This is truly a palm of desert oases. It has been cultivated for thousands of years and its fruit was an important food in biblical times, providing desert travelers with a nutritious meal. There are 8 million date palm trees in Egypt.

	Phases of processing The Company Collects the Dates Crop from the finest farms of Siwa and El-Wahat and stores it according to the latest methods of collection and storage acknowledged. The dates are then packed in different packages passing by the phases of processing comprising washing, drying, chilling, packing storing. These phases of processing do not produce any wastes that could harm the environment.
